When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched the next business day, with no shipping occurring over the weekend.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 6-8 business days for standard delivery, though delivery times may be longer for remote locations or Western Australia.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

You will receive tracking details via email. If you haven’t received your order, check the tracking information and remember to check your junk folder for any updates. For significant delays, please reach out to us at support@soxnsmile.com.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Can I change my shipping details after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@soxnsmile.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking link from your confirmation email to redirect it. Please note, we cannot retrieve or redirect packages once they have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address, so it’s essential to check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

What is your returns policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your socks or simply change your mind, you can return them for a refund within 30 days, provided they are unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. We kindly request that you email us at support@soxnsmile.com to inform us when your return is on its way.

How do I redeem a discount code?

To apply a discount, simply enter your code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ field on the checkout page, then click ‘Apply’. The discount will be shown before you proceed to payment. Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order.
